Give Five Give Life Foundation was created from real-life experience with cancer, treatment, recovery and the emotional reality behind serious illness. The Foundation focuses on dignity, emotional wellbeing, recovery-friendly hospitality and creating spaces where people can feel human again during difficult health journeys.
Our Mission
To add life to days through dignity, compassion, recovery and human connection.
We do this by developing recovery-focused partnerships, awareness campaigns and supportive wellbeing experiences beyond medicine.
Our Values
To build a global Recovery & Wellbeing Programme connecting people with supportive spaces, hospitality and
healing experiences.
Founder’s Note
Give Five Give Life Foundation was born from the reality of living with serious illness and understanding that recovery is not only medical. It is also emotional, environmental and deeply human. I created this foundation to help people feel seen, supported and treated with dignity — not only in hospitals, but also in the spaces where they try to rest, breathe and rebuild their strength.
Our Values
Dignity
Every person deserves respect, calm and humanity — especially when facing illness.
Compassion
Support without pity, drama or reducing someone to their diagnosis.
Hope
Not as a false promise, but as space to breathe, rest and feel human again.
Human-Centred Recovery
Recovery is not only medical. It is emotional, environmental, practical and deeply human.
Transparency
Clear communication, honest purpose and responsible development as the foundation grows.
Respect for Lived Experience
We value the insight of people who have lived through serious illness, treatment and recovery.
